1. Trading Challenge Overview: NairaTrader offers three paths to secure funding, each designed to evaluate traders' abilities and determine eligibility for a funded account:

• Two-Step Challenge

  • Requires completion of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 before funding.

  
  Challenge Phases & Details:

• Phase 1: Achieve a profit target of 10%.
  

• Phase 2: Achieve a profit target of 10%.
  

2. Maximum Loss Limits The maximum overall loss for your challenge account is 10% of the account size. There is no daily loss limit. However, if your account reaches the maximum loss limit, your challenge account will be terminated.

3. Account Termination Criteria Your challenge account may be terminated for the following 3 reasons only:

• Violation of the maximum loss limit.

• Changing the trading account password.

• Trading or holding of trades over the weekend.
  

4. Funded Account Criteria Once the verification stages are successfully completed, you will be upgraded to the funded stage.

• Profit Split: 70%

• Minimum Profit Withdrawal: ₦10,000

• Maximum loss limit is between 9% to 10%. Kindly maintenance drawdown below 9%

• Your account may be canceled, and the evaluation fee refunded if you are not in profit within two weeks. This policy is in place to prevent unnecessary holding of our investors' funds.

• Upon being funded, 10% of the initial starting capital will serve as your maximum loss limit until you reach a 10% profit. Once you achieve a 10% profit, the profit amount will then become your new maximum loss limit. This policy is in place to safeguard our real capital.

5. Trading Strategy and Rules To help traders focus on trading without worrying about rule violations, we have eliminated most restrictions. You are free to use any trading strategy, as long as it complies with the terms of our third-party broker. Strategies such as scalping, using expert advisors (robots), hedging, trading the news, except holding positions over the weekend.


6. Activation and Duration After paying the fee for the selected NairaTrader Challenge, you will receive login details within 3 hours. To activate the challenge, you must open your first demo trade. If the challenge is not activated within 15 calendar days, your access will be suspended. However, as long as the trader remains active, there are no time limits for completing the challenge.

7. Evaluation Process If you meet the challenge conditions and comply with these terms, we will evaluate your progress and, if successful, will provide access to the next stage. You may request an evaluation at any time by contacting us via hi@nairatrader.com or through the Client Section. The evaluation will not take place if you have open positions in your account.

8. Trading Services The services we provide include simulated forex trading tools, educational materials, and access to trading platforms. These services involve simulated trading, where the funds used are fictitious. By using our services, you acknowledge that the brokers of the trading platforms (such as Exness) have their own rules.

9. Payment Policy: We do not accept third-party payments under any circumstances. All payments must be made using the account that belongs to the registered user. Payments made from third-party accounts will be rejected, and the transaction will be considered invalid with no refund. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this policy without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability NairaTrader.com is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred through the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or errors in trading. All trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

12. Miscellaneous

• Challenge fee will be refunded with your first payout.

• We offer both MT4 and MT5

• We reserve the right to modify or update these rules at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services will signify your acceptance of the modified rules.

• If any part of these rules is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
